Sports to the Glory of God examines athletics from a distinctly biblical worldview, beginning with sports as a cultural development of God’s good creation and bringing them under the lordship of Jesus Christ. Drawing especially on Paul’s athletic imagery, the talk considers discipline, competition, community, rules, human ability, and the pursuit of victory, while warning against pride, idolatry, and the false ideas communicated through sport. Ultimately, whether winning or losing, the Christian athlete is called to compete faithfully and use every God-given ability for the glory of God.
Worldview Sports Camp is an action-packed week for ages 6–12 that develops athletic skill, teamwork, and discipline while helping campers understand how sports, competition, and physical training can be lived out to the glory of God within a faithful biblical worldview.
